I developed detailed timelines, managed vendor communication, and stepped in one week before the event to resolve coordination gaps, ensuring a seamless and successful wedding day.

Ella & Justin’s Wedding

Partial event planning and led full day-of coordination, managing vendor communication, the event timeline, and on-site logistics. Demonstrated adaptability by handling unexpected changes, including drafting a last-minute reception script, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining client confidence.

Theme Planning

Developed a fully themed wedding concept inspired by Phantom of the Opera, creating a cohesive design through curated color palettes, textures, décor, and floral arrangements. This project highlights my ability to translate a client’s vision into a detailed planning framework, aligning vendors, timelines, and event elements to ensure a seamless, immersive experience.
